Application for Returns/Refunds
Buyer may return the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund in the following circumstances:
- If product is defective/damaged/malfunctioning upon opening, and is within the warranty duration
- Product delivered does not match the order (e.g. wrong color, model, etc.)
Invalid Reasons for Returns/Refunds
- Out of Warranty
- Wear and Tear (Physical Damage)
- Incomplete Package
Condition of Returning Item
Buyer should ensure that the Item, including complimentary items such as accessories that comes with the Item, must be returned.
- How to Return the Item
- Get in touch with our support team via our contact numbers or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Ordered Item
- Date Purchased as indicated in the sales invoice
- Technical Concern (if defective)
- Photo(s)/Video of the item (for units (e.g. smartphone, tablet, console, etc.) ensure that the Serial or IMEI is visible)
- Photo of Invoice
- Packing guidelines for warranty returns
- Wrap the item in bubble wrap
- Place item inside the box or shipping pouch
- Include all contents
- Include the Sales Invoice
- Properly labeled (e.g. your name and address, our return address, etc.)
- Validation of Return
- 3-5 business days to process inspection after we received the returned item.
- Time frame may increase if the defective/faulty item have to go through for further testing/inspection.
- If upon inspection we do not see any problems with the product delivered, we will ship the item back to you after 3–5 business days
- Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
- In the scenario of an unforeseen error from our end (i.e. - wrong product delivered to the buyer), we will bear buyer's return shipping fee.
- In the scenario of the buyer's change of mind, buyer shall get our consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
- Buyer will only be refunded after the returned item passed the inspection and/or proven defective/faulty.
- Note that some banks and credit card providers may take up to 45 days to process and/or credit the amount to your card.
- Orders paid by cash will be credited to Buyer’s preferred bank account, and may take up 3-7 business days.
- We do not refund transactions in cash, the refund will be made to Buyer’s preferred bank account, and may take up 3-7 business days.
